Cancellation Notices
Notices can be generated by Atlas or the carrier.
Notices are mailed to the insured and the agent.
Failure to pay the premium by date of cancellation will cause the policy to be canceled.
Reinstatement Notices
While we will endeavor to reinstate an account that has cancelled for non-payment,
should a lapse in coverage occur, we will need to obtain the carrier’s approval to process the reinstatement.
