Please note, filling out the Producer Partner Questionnaire does not ensure appointment with Atlas. Someone from the Marketing Department will contact you shortly regarding appointment after you have submitted your Producer Partner Questionnaire. 2. Can I get a quote before becoming a producer? (TOP)

Yes. Once an account is bound, we will complete the Producer process.

3. What are your submission requirements? (TOP)

For the quickest turn-around time, please send submissions directly
to submissions@atlas.us.com.
We require the following documents to process your submission efficiently:

ACORD 130 Application
Supplemental Application
4 Years Currently Valued Loss Runs
Experience Modification Worksheet (If available)

4. What class codes of business can you write? (TOP)

5. How much commission do you pay? (TOP)

Commission can vary by account size and state, but typically 10-12%.

6. What are the payment options? (TOP)

There are a variety of payment options including installments
and monthly reporting for most programs.

This is based on agency size. Initial commitment for application count is required.

8. What is your quote turnaround time? (TOP)

We send out same day acknowledgments (letters indicating we have received the submission and will be reviewing the account) with proactive communication throughout the rest of the process. Rush quotes can be issued within 48 hours.
