Every time you submit a complete submission to Atlas General during each of the
“12 Days of Atlas,” December 7-22, your name will automatically be entered into
a daily drawing to win catered breakfast for your entire office. The agency winners
will be notified by phone and announced on our website. 
Send your complete submissions to submissions@atlas.us.com
and make sure to include:

• ACORD 130
• Supplemental Application
• 4 Years Currently Valued Loss Runs
* Please note, we require a $10,000 minimum premium on most accounts

Disclaimer: To receive awards, program must comply with your agency “employee gift acceptance” policy. Limit one agency winner per promotional period. Promotional period includes the business days of 12/7/10-12/22/10. Breakfast will be sent to your office within one month of winning, or at the agency winner’s discretion.
