Bill Trzos
President & Chief Executive Officer

Bill Trzos is the Founder, President & CEO of Atlas General Insurance Services and is responsible for strategic oversight of underwriting profit, carrier relationships, risk management and business development for all insurance programs. Prior to Atlas Insurance, Bill was President of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency's Commercial Division. Arrowhead became one of the largest writers of workers compensation under Bill's leadership writing over $1.5 billion of profitable premium from 2005 to 2008.

Bill originally founded Cypress Point Insurance Services as a workers' compensation general agency in 2001. From 2001 through 2004, he successfully managed over $275 million in premium, built significant carrier relationships, developed the underwriting and operational philosophy and expanded the company's geographic reach.

Bill's insurance career spans over 15 years, having developed an expertise in management, program business, underwriting and strategic product development.

Mike Mathews
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Mike Mathews is responsible for business development, distribution and strategic operations for all products including establishing and enforcing company service standards and regulatory compliance.

Mike led program development and distribution for a large general insurance agency in the workers' compensation division. He has over 18 years of industry experience with a multi-line underwriting background from Ohio Casualty and Liberty Mutual. Mike also spent 10 years with Marsh as their Workers' Compensation Practice Leader.

Patrick Oder
Executive Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer

Patrick Oder is the Chief Underwriting Officer for Atlas General Insurance Services. He is responsible for all program development, underwriting management and oversight. Prior to Atlas Insurance, Patrick was the Executive Vice President of a large workers' compensation general agency. He was a key factor in the management and control of a very large and profitable book of workers' compensation business written through numerous carriers.

Patrick has experience in most commercial lines of insurance and has assumed numerous management roles successfully throughout his career. He has been in the insurance business for over 20 years. He spent ten years with Liberty Mutual in the Property Casualty and Workers Compensation Field. Patrick has been intimately involved in all strategies related to direction, expansion and healthy premium growth for over two decades.
